Dinosaur Dash!
We ran our first family race today! Sam was not happy about getting up at 6 am...but he got excited when it was his time to race! Jim ran the 5K first, then we all ran the fun run (Brenda, John, Jim, Sam, and myself). It was a lot of fun to see Sam get so excited, he took off fast, then tapered off...but ran a good bit of it. I was proud of him. At the end, he was like, "Did I win??" Of course I was honest with him, "Yes, you won honey! You won!"

What a great opportunity for family time! Tell Sam to keep up the good work and maybe he can support his parents some day.

Very cool! There is NO way Peyton could have run that one. Even if he was in shape to run it, his attention span wouldn't have lasted. I'm impressed!!!!
